STORY :
This is one of the best scandals to come out of the Philippines in a while. Jill Rose Mendoza is a teen girl who was supposedly “raped” by the old guy in the video (Mang Kanor). There are a total of 9 videos where they have sex but none of the actions show any sign of force or blackmail. Instead what you see is a young girl enjoying herself and moaning while she gets eaten out and fucked. I have heard that Jill was actually paid by the old guy to have sex with him. This would make sense considering that many people in the Philippines still live in poverty. All of the videos were shot at Bliss Hotel in Muntinlupa City hence the name “Bliss Scandal”.
